How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are. Valley orders will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Outside valley deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 days depending on delivery partners. Please refer to our Order & Shipping policy
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for customers within Kathmandu Valley. Please note that order outside Kathmandu Valley require prepayment and doesn’t support COD. Please ignore COD option & select other payment options in checkout page while ordering from our website.
Can I exchange or return my order?
All sales at Urban Maze are final. However, we initiate exchange/return requests in select circumstances. In the rare event you receive an incorrect or defective item, upon inspection of the returned item, we shall issue a store credit, or exchange as appropriate to meet your needs. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Nepal. We are exploring options to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.
